White Collar Program Presents: Blame the Lawyers.

The program will cover two topics that have received a substantial amount of recent media attention: the advice of counsel defense and the use of RICO statutes to criminally prosecute white collar defendants. The team will use a fact pattern based on recent criminal prosecutions in the pharmaceutical industry. The program will also include a panel presentation that will clarify and reinforce the legal concepts that are raised in the fact pattern. And of course, in accordance with white collar team tradition, the program will include an abundance of slide shows, video clips, music and humor.
