Our annual Judges’ Roundtable this year will feature a distinguished panel of Federal and State Court Judges who will discuss the pandemic’s short-term and long-term effects on their courtroom practice. Judges from the trial and appellate courts will discuss a variety of topics, including: how they are handling cases, how many proceedings have continued apace in the virtual setting along with increased public access, the challenges the pandemic poses to judges, lawyers and clients alike, the anticipated return of in-person proceedings, and the future of litigating cases post-pandemic.
