Please join us for a lively panel discussion about emerging
issues in commercial litigation in New York City and Long Island.
This program, jointly hosted with the Theodore Roosevelt American
Inn of Court (located in Nassau County), will feature the following

pleadings in state and federal court, motions to dismiss, the use

in state and federal court. The program will be held in Room 850 at
the U.S. Courthouse at 500 Pearl Street. Please remember that
