Since the Trump Administration won't be history until it is
history, the historical team is instead tackling the only case ever
tried in the United States District Court for Berlin,
Germany. As far as we know, the case did not involve any
German Trump cousins or relatives of any future Trump wives, but it
did involve rule of law, some Cold War intrigue, and constitutional
issues applicable to today's military tribunals before which
President Trump could propose trying terrorists, common criminals,
journalists, the Republican Congressional leadership and Hillary
Clinton.
