The Cyber liability program will focus on how to advise your clients before a cyber-attack/breach occurs on the actions to take to protect themselves against liability and loss, how to advise your clients after a cyber-attack/breach occurs to minimize liability, regulatory issues/fines and loss, and finally the potential criminal implications facing the perpetrators of the cyber-attack/breach.
