At the end of the day trials come down to credibility - from
voir dire, to cross-examination and rehabilitation, to closing and
jury instructions. While determinations of credibility are usually
intuitive, there are rules that govern what lawyers may do and say
about credibility at every stage. This presentation will address
those rules and strategies that govern how lawyers build, keep, or
destroy credibility at trial.
