The Melson-Arsht Inn of Court supports and adheres to the American Inns of Court Diversity Policy regarding personal and professional diversity.  The Melson-Arsht Inn membership includes attorneys in public and private sectors, judges, law clerks, retired attorneys and law students.  The Inn has had a compact with Widener University Law School to invite two law students interested in family law to join the Inn at no cost to them.  Our membership contains a wide range of ages and levels of experience.  The Inn believes in the value of having members of different race, ethnicity, culture, sexual orientation, gender, religion, age, personal style, appearance and physical ability in both the membership and on the executive committee.  The Inn frequently presents programs which are interactive and as such embraces differing beliefs, opinions and values.
