  • First Inn meeting (no program): new members welcomed, officers present overview of Inn, membership directory/handbook distributed, break into pupillage teams to discuss programs and assign duties

September

  • Second Inn meeting: September Team presents program

October

  • Third Inn meeting: October Team presents program

  • Fourth Inn meeting: November Team presents program

  • Fifth Inn meeting: January Team presents program
  • Membership renewal forms submitted by members who will continue with Inn next term
  • Members requested to submit nominations for new members by January 31st
  • Membership Committee sets schedule for reviewing and voting on nominations; sets date to issue invitations and deadline for acceptances
  • Community Project announced by the President-Elect

  • Sixth Inn meeting: February Team presents program at O.U.'s College of Law
  • Membership Committee meets to select new members and a slate of officers

March

  • Seventh Inn meeting: March Team presents program at OCU School of Law
  • March 1st Membership Committee proposes new members and submits slate of officers to Masters at the Annual meeting of Masters; Masters vote on committee's proposals, discuss and vote on policies and other matters, select delegate for National Conference
  • March 31st: deadline for submitting programs for Nat'l Programming Awards
  • Letters of acceptance and dues/meals statement sent

April

  • Eighth Inn meeting: Closing Banquet (no program) and awards presentations
