February 10, 2021 Inn Meeting. Our own Master Bencher Alan Crivaro will offer his annual update on Criminal Law & Procedure in addition to a special presentation.  This year, deputies from the Orange County District Attorneys will present “Basics of Insurance Fraud Prosecutions for Civil Attorneys” moderated by DDA Shaddi Kamiabipoure. This program will focus on several common areas of fraud prosecution including auto, Medicare and workers compensation. An overview of selected new developments in criminal law and procedure will also be presented.
