About the Sidney Reitman Employment Law Inn

The Sidney Reitman Inn of Court is the first American Inn of Court devoted exclusively to Labor and Employment Law advocacy. It was named after Sidney Reitman, one of New Jersey's most influential labor lawyers. As the only labor and employment law Inn of Court, it brings together adversaries in private practice, state and federal government, and labor unions and representatives of the agencies charged with enforcing the substantive law that is the Inn's focus. The Inn concentrates on all aspects of labor and employment law from the perspective of management, plaintiffs, unions and agencies. The Inn includes substantive and practical programs with active interaction of experienced and newly practicing attorneys.

The Inn operates on a two-year term and meets monthly from September to May. The Program includes dinner and an in depth review and discussion of labor and employment law matters with CLE provided.   We are beginning the 2021-2023 term this September and have meetings scheduled for 2023 as follows: January 17, February 21, March 21, April 18 and May 16.
