The Nathaniel R. Jones American Inn of Courts

The Nathaniel R. Jones Inn of Court's mission is to inspire the legal community to advance the rule of law by achieving the highest level of professionalism through example, education, and mentoring.  It does so primarily through collegial discourse and mentoring during monthly meetings at which "Pupillage Groups" are central. The Pupillage Groups each present a 1 hour CLE on a very diverse group of topics targeting areas of law that attorneys might not otherwise be exposed to.

Our meetings encourage broad participation by group members and audience members. By taking advantage of the vast and varied experiences of attendees, we all benefit. Our past presentations have included the attendance of guest speakers in the legal community as well as professionals and experts in their respective fields.

Ultimately, the goal of the Inn is to positively impact the legal profession as a whole by acting a s primary resource for mentoring young attorneys with a focus on professionalism.

The Pupilage year typically runs from September to June, with the summers being quiet. Currently the Nathaniel R. Jones Inn hosts 7 CLE meetings per year, each with a social hour and dinner. Typically the Inn also hosts 2 strictly social events held with a focus of charity towards the community.
