Doris Jonas Freed

Doris Jonas Freed  (1903-1993), the namesake of this particular Inn, was a nationally-renowned expert in the field of family and matrimonial law. She was a prolific writer and a national leader in her field. Dr. Freed was former Chair of the American Bar Association Family Law Section and received numerous awards throughout her illustrious career.
