Our annual Judges’ Roundtable this year will feature a distinguished panel of federal and state judges. The judges will discuss navigating the ever-changing world of pandemic-related rules and positive developments of the pandemic, including greater efficiencies in the judicial process.
Judges from the trial and appellate courts will examine a variety of topics, including: positive effects of technology on overall efficiency and access to the courts, the effect of virtual proceedings on courtroom practice, the return to in-person courtroom practice, and thoughts on the future of post-pandemic practice. Our panel will also feature a discussion about the experiences of those judges who assumed their judicial positions during the pandemic.
