The Temple American Inn of Court has demonstrated to the
Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board that its courses have
consistently met the standards of quality and service as outlined
in the Rules and Regulations for PA CLE (see www.pacle.org).
Courses may offer substantive or ethical credits. Members receive
(1) credit for monthly attendance at each one-hour program. In
addition, members receive two (2) hours of teaching credits for the
course prepared and presented by their respective team. A total of
eight (7) or nine (8) credits may be available to each member
annually.
At each Inn meeting, the CLE Coordinator distributes and collects
an attendance sheet, which includes a mandatory course evaluation
requirement. Subsequently, the Coordinator must report the
attendance credit within thirty (30) days of each monthly
meeting.
The fees for the CLE credits are included in each member's
dues.
