Leadership and our Executive Committee

The Leadership of the Thomas More Loyola Law School Inn of Court is comprised of both elected and appointed officers.  Our President and Vice-President (Counselor) are elected for a 2-year term at the meeting of the Masters of the Inn pursuant to our by-laws.  In the past, the Vice-President (Counselor) succeeds as President for the next 2-year term, however, this is not mandatory under the by-laws.  Traditionally, the Inn has rotated Presidential terms between a member of the Judiciary and a member of the Bar.  Our past Presidents include:

The Executive Committee is rounded out with the Secretary, Treasurer, Membership Chair, Programming Chair, Outreach Chair, Diversity Chair and several at-large members, all who are appointed by the President upon election to that office.  Members of all ages (and especially our younger members) are encouraged to join the Executive Committee; there are no formal requirements other than a willingness to serve and bring their enthusiasm to the Committee.
