Hon. David W. Watt Jr. 

David W. Watt Jr. was honored as the Southern Illinois American Inn of Court's first Master Emeritus in April 2004. Judge Watt was instrumental in creating the Southern Illinois American Inn of Court and served as its first President from 1992 to 2003.
