President: The President presides at Robert Van Pelt Inn functions, ensures that the officers and Executive Committee perform their duties, provides general leadership and guidance to the officers and membership of the Robert Van Pelt Inn, maintains contact with the national organization and sees that the Robert Van Pelt Inn adheres to the policies of the American Inns of Court Foundation as enunciated in the Robert Van Pelt Inn's Charter and the policies promulgated by the board of trustees of the national organization. The President is the official voting representative of the Robert Van Pelt Inn at the business meeting of the American Inns of Court Foundation. The President is not carried on the roster of an Individual Pupillage Team, but is a roving liaison with all teams.

President-Elect: The President-Elect is a voting member of the Executive Committee and is strongly encouraged to attend the annual meeting of the American Inns of Court Foundation immediately prior to becoming president. The President-Elect is not carried on the roster of an Individual Pupillage Team, but is a roving liaison with all teams.

Program Chair: The Program Chair oversees the planning and coordinating of programs for each Robert Van Pelt Inn meeting, assists with avoiding duplicative programs, submits program reports for Nebraska CLE accreditation and to the American Inns of Court Foundation, and plans one or more programs to be held in reserve for emergencies.

Membership Chair: The Membership Chair gathers names for future membership openings, makes recommendations to the Executive Committee regarding membership, and monitors attendance for all purposes, including possible awards for attendance.

Secretary/Treasurer: The Secretary/Treasurer collects the dues from the members, communicates with members regarding those dues, and pays all bills properly submitted to the Treasurer. A report must be made at least annually to the President.

Alumni/Emeritus Chair: The Alumni/Emeritus Chair solicits contributions from Robert Van Pelt Inn members, Alumni and Eritus members, firms and community organizations for the Robert Van Pelt Inn treasury.

Counselor for Mentoring:  The Counselor for Mentoring is responsible for supervising the Robert Van Pelt Inn's mentoring program.

System Administrator:  The System Administrator is responsible for information technology issues to include maintaining the website of the Robert Van Pelt American Inn of Court and its entries in The Chapter Management System (CMS) of the American Inns of Court. 

Inn Administrator: The Inn Administrator maintains the records of the Robert Van Pelt Inn, including the minutes of the Executive Committee meetings and membership rosters; corresponds with the national office and local Inn members, including providing the national organization with rosters and officer information; extends membership invitations to new members; makes announcements, and schedules meetings and events.

Executive Committee: The Executive Committee, whose responsibilities are to set the policies of the Robert Van Pelt Inn, selects the officers to administer the policies, and selects the members of the Individual Pupillage Teams.  The Executive Committee consists of the officers and one member of each of the Individual Pupillage Teams not otherwise represented on the Executive Committee by an officer.
