Named in honor of the first President Judge of the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court, the James S. Bowman American Inns of Court is dedicated to promoting excellence, ethics, and collegiality in the local administrative law practice. Because of this, membership is by invitation only and limited to attorneys practicing administrative law in the Central Pennsylvania area.
