Diversity Policy

The Chief Justice Thomas J. Moyer Inn has practiced the tenets of the American Inns of Court Diversity Policy throughout its history but never formally adopted the Policy. Recognizing the importance of diversity, inclusion, equity, and justice, the Thomas J. Moyer Inn strives to promote these ideals within the organization. The Executive Committee desires to adopt the Diversity Policy.

The following is a description of how the Thomas J. Moyer Inn promotes the Diversity Policy:

1. The Diversity Policy has been published on our website.
2. The Inn places a premium on achieving personal and professional diversity in its membership selection process, team assignments, and program development.
3. Provide opportunities for members to discuss their individual situation as a lawyer and to learn about other Inn members with different individual situations in which they practice law.
