This list will be utilized to post notices regarding upcoming
events and meetings and any changes in meeting dates, times or
locations. All active Inn Members have been approved to receive
announcements from this Listserv. If you do not wish to receive

The Discussion Listserv
This list will be utilized to consult with our peers, to benefit
from their experience and to discuss bankruptcy topics on a
day-to-day basis. All active Inn Members have been approved to
receive posts from the Discussion Listserv. To start a discussion,
you simply email your post to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you do not wish to receive any discussion posts, please send a

Below you will find a link to the Rules and Etiquette for the
Listservs which have been provided to us by the American Inns of
Court Foundation. Our Inn has adopted these guidelines, which must
be strictly adhered to in order for the Listservs to be successful.
Our Inn has also added the following requirement and cautionary
- Discussions must be general in nature. No client names or
specific case information is permitted.
- Avoid inadvertently disclosing privileged information or
litigation strategy to opposing counsel or to a Trustee by
discussion on the listserv other than in general terms and only to
the extent appropriate to the circumstances.
