About Bruce R. Jacob
The Inn is named for Bruce R. Jacob, who as a young assistant attorney general, argued Gideon v. Wainwright in the Supreme Court of the United State in 1963. He went on to become a prominent professor of law and dean at Stetson Law School and remains an active Emeritus member of the Inn of Court.
