From December 3, 1977, to September 15, 1984, Judge Seth held the prestigious position of Chief Judge of the Tenth Circuit, succeeding David Thomas Lewis and preceding William Judson Holloway Jr. His tenure as Chief Judge was marked by a commitment to judicial integrity, efficiency, and fairness.
