Membership Eligibility
The The New York Family Law American Inn of Court accepts new members applications and nominations between [date] and [date] for the upcoming Inn year.
Here are the criteria for membership in our Inn:
- Be a practicing lawyer for at least one year, OR a current judge, OR a 3L student in good standing
- Reside and/or practice in the Long Island, New York metropolitan area
- Provide the name and contact information of a current Inn member to serve as a character reference
- Complete and submit a membership application by [date] for the upcoming Inn year
Any qualified persons are eligible for admittance as per the American Inns of Court commitment to diversity.
