Dear Colleagues:
Welcome to the website of the Michael R. N. McDonnell American Inn of Court!
The Inns of Court has a storied history. From a few like minded attorneys the Inns of Court system has grown throughout the United States to foster excellence in professionalism, ethics, civility, and legal skills. For over 20 years, our Inn has endeavored to maintain this fine tradition here in Collier County. For those of you that may be interested, a link to our original Charter issued by the American Inns of Court Foundation on January 9, 1995 may be found below. Thanks to the hard work and dedication of the many terrific Presidents that have come before me, our Inn has achieved Platinum status and is on track to maintain this status.
Active participation is the key to reaping all the benefits that membership in the Inn has to offer. I am proud to report that many of our founding members are still actively involved and will participate in this season's programs. The quality of each team presentation at our regular meetings is at the heart of the Inns of Court experience. The overwhelming feedback from our members reflects that participation in our Inn is well worth the time, effort, and expense.
The size of each team and the number of participating members correlates to the quality of the experience and program. Our Inn recognizes this important balance and strives to assign the right mix of practitioners to maximize the benefit for all our members. Over the course of this year, we hope that our members not only have the opportunity to mentor and learn from one another, but they also have the opportunity to learn about each other's hidden talents.
Most importantly, our Inn strives to provide a forum for fellowship amongst our members. At our meetings you will have a chance to meet and speak with friends and colleagues, old and new. It is a place to share, learn, and enjoy the camaraderie of the finest profession.
