Cell Phone Searches and Seizures

The October Program will feature a lecture/presentation by Professor Adam Gershowitz.  Professor Gershowitz is an expert in criminal law and criminal procedure, the author of numerous articles, and a frequent commentator in the media.  Most recently, he has appeared on NPR's show "On Point" to discuss the cell phone search cases recently decided by the Supreme Court (for which he authored an amicus brief).  He also teaches a class at the Law School based on the HBO series The Wire. 

1 hour of CLE credit was approved for this program. CLE forms will be emailed to those that attended.
