Policy Regarding Payment for Dues and Meals:
Statements for the term's dues and meals are sent to members via e-mail prior to the beginning of the Inn year and are due 30 days from the date of the invoice.

Attendance Policy:
To retain membership in the Inn, members may not miss more than two meetings during the term. Members who miss more than two meetings during the term may be removed from our rolls. It is imperative that members sign the attendance sheet at each monthly meeting.

R.S.V.P. Policy:
Members are expected to respond promptly invitations to the Opening and Closing banquets so an accurate number can be given to the caterer.

Mentoring Policy:
Members are expected to actively participate in mentor groups.

C.L.E. Policy:
Members may receive one hour C.L.E. credit for attendance at each monthly Inn program if the program complies with M.C.L.E. guidelines, which appear in the Inn handbook. To receive this credit, members must sign the attendance sheet at each monthly meeting and stay for the program. Direct any questions to the C.L.E. Co-Chairs.

Policy Regarding Guests:
Out of respect for encouraging all members' open discussion and interaction, members are generally discouraged, but not prohibited, from bringing guests to meetings. If you do plan to bring a guest, you must contact the Catering Coordinators and pay for their meal ($12). Members are encouraged to bring guests to the Closing Banquet.

Policy Regarding Membership Handbook:
Some Inn members provided confidential information for directory listings. The Masters voted against using such information for purposes other than Inn business. Unauthorized use or distribution by Inn members of information in the handbook could result in termination of membership.

Policy Regarding Nominations for Membership in the Inn:
Any member of our Inn may submit nominations at any time to the Inn Membership Chair.  Nomination forms for lawyers, judges, and OCU and OU law students (who will be entering their third or fourth year next September) can be found in the Inn handbook or on this web site.  Nominations received throughout the year will be filed, then reviewed when the Membership Selection Committee convenes in January. At this time, it appears that we will need nominations for Pupils, Associates, Barristers and Judges for our next term. Although nominations for Masters will be accepted and reviewed, at this time openings in the Masters category appear doubtful.

Policy Regarding Name Badges:
Name badges will be purchased at the first meeting of the term. They will be worn at each meeting and returned to the sign-in table at the end of each meeting. If lost or misplaced, replacements must be purchased prior to the next meeting through the Inn Administrator.

Policy Regarding Diversity:
The Ginsburg Inn of Court is committed to the Diversity Policy of the American Inns of Court.  The policy is located here
